- Monthly subscriptions: Refund available within 7 days of initial subscription only, provided minimal platform usage
- Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund available within 30 days of initial purchase, minus any months of active access
- No refunds are provided for subscription renewals

- Completed courses where a certificate of completion has been issued
- Courses accessed beyond the permitted preview threshold
- Downloaded materials, resources, or software provided as part of the course
- One-on-one coaching sessions or live training events once scheduled or completed
- Gift certificates and promotional credits
- Third-party services or products purchased through our platform
- Courses purchased during promotional sales explicitly marked as non-refundable

In the event that Wonalrex cancels a course, live session, or service, enrolled students will receive:

- Option to apply payment as credit toward alternative courses or services

If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be provided for any active enrollments, subscriptions, or purchases.
